How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Normally weigh myself on Friday. If I have a weekend slip, I can make up for it during the week with some additional activity. If I don't slip - BONUS!
While the weight is important, I've noticed a big difference in my clothes. Finally fit into some of the clothes that I have not been able to wear in years!
