well i mowed the lawn yesturday evening so i burned alot of calories due to the fact it was soo tall and so wet to mow too it hadnt rained in 6 days but it still was pretty wet. any way todayi am just vegging out waiting for my mother in law to get home from touscan az. so what are your plans for today mine is just to vegg out and relax love to all shelly.

well i am here to no avey. and i am also learning to control my eatting urges i stand in the fridge and i say why am i here there is nothing to eat and the fact that is true is soo going to help me to get where i want to be yippy. any way hope you all have a wonderful week love to all shelly.

well i am doing good i am learning to have my carbs in the morning and then live on protein and fruits and veggies durning the rest of my meals and i find i like dieting better too. and all though i cant excercise as of right now due to my back my dr said no excerciseing for a couple of weeks wich is ok i just have to learn to stay right at my points wich is 25 27 points a day love to all shelly.

hay guess what i had for a wonderful wonderful summer dinner i had fried zuchinni and 3 peices of bacon mixed to gether i cooked it all in the bacon fat and it was delish and for dessert i had 10 red cherries it was the bomb. and for lunch i had a sandwich and for breakfast cereal so i stayed within my points yabba dabba doozies love to all shelly.
