So today I have stuck with mostly good portion sizes(except dinner was a little high), and have not snacked alot. I did have a bowlof raisin bran this afternoon as a pick-me-up. I am proud of myself for making that decision instead of pasta or something else high in sugar. I signed up for the compass test today. A little nervous about taking it tomorrow, I haven't taken a test in a long time. I am so proud of myself for getting out there and doing what I need to do to get my life on track. I am taking care of my mental, physical, and educational needs. It feels good to stand on my own, per say. I am going to ask a financial advisor about getting grants for living expenses. There has to be something out there to help me. I am thankful to God for getting me to this point, but I know that I am doing the hard work. I have gotten me here, and it feels damn good!

Today was the first day I haven't eaten myself sick in a long time. I ate reasonable portion sizes, and didn't snack all day. I made a wonderful dinner, everyone loved it. I ate my one portion of manacotti and a couple small pieces of garlic bread. I had a nibble of Julie's bday cake. It was actually too sweet for me. I do feel a little dehydrated tonight, going to load upon the h2o before bed.

Feeling tired still, on second day of lithium. Had lunch with Matt at subway. I got full without the sick feeling. I remember how good it feels to eat only the right amount. I made a bunch of salad fixens and got a lot of fruit today. I think I am almost halfway through my water intake for the day. I felt the urge to do the hand to mouth thing again this afternoon, so I made a protein shake and drank that. Then I decided to get some laundry done instead of sit on the couch in front of the tv. Feel good about that decision. I am getting sleepy again though.
