I'm a 40 year old woman with a husband and two children. I started to gain weight after I had my daughter and have been trying to lose it ever since. I have tried a lot of different things this is my first time using the internet though. So far it has been a big help keeping me sane!

Hi when you first log on to fat secret click the place that say's "My diet" which is part of "My Tool Box".
When your in there it asks you to set up you
"recommended daily input" just answer the questions and the computer will do the rest. I used it and it is helping me. I hope this helps

If you want a funny book series then read Confessions of a Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella it's about Becky Bloomwood a woman who can't stop shopping!

This is going to sound weird by try weighing your self after you go to the bathroom. I have noticed a difference when I weigh my self before and after going to the bathroom.
