WW meetings vs. Online meetings
I agree...there wasn't anyone at my meeting I could identify with, other than the fact we all worked in the same building. My group felt more like a divorce support group. I know stress, like going through a divorce, can lead to overeating but I just couldn't identify with their issues and we seemed to get off track.
You CAN be successful on-line or by yourself with various types of support in place. Don't let the fact that you can't go to meetings or you just don't want to go to meetings sabotage your efforts or be your excuse for not trying.
Good Luck

creative exercise
Check with your local rec. commission as well as churchs. We have dodge ball tournaments and they are a blast. Any age can play together and although the guys are stronger, they don't seem to be as agile, so there' really no unfair advantages.
Good luck!
