There have been many ups and downs. Hopefully I won't go backwards again.
I won't take weight loss for granted ever again.
it's been one of my biggest challenges (or maybe I'm using it as a diversion for the biggest challenges at play in the background)
I really need to learn how to keep it off when I get there.
Maybe my goal is unrealistic for my age and body type. I'm thinking about changing it to 135, which should be fine if I can maintain that. Anything remaining that I do not like about my body, is probably just me and my genetics. Going lower will lessen the visual effects of things that I don't like about my body type, but any bit of gain and there it is. it's probably unrealistic for me to think I can manage 127-130.
135 and a bodybuilding/shaping plan may be a healthier approach?
I still have a lot of work to do.

Ups and downs last week. I am trying not to flat line here. Going to go for a long hike find a nice spot, then read and reflect on MLK's I have a Dream speech. Enjoy your Martin Luther King weekend everyone! Peace and 💕
