I am married and a mother of 3 boys. My youngest just started kindergarten. I had all my kids within 2 years of each other. I lost the weight after each child, but have now put it back on. I have been a stay at home mom but recently took a part time job at a preschool and have gone back to school part time. I'm majoring in elementary education. I enjoy walking, cooking, reading, voluntering at my kid's school.
I really want to lose this weight to be healthier but to also have more energy. I tend to eat with my emotions. I used to be fairly slender and a person who never had to watch what I ate til I had kids. Now I struggle with my weight. It is very frusterating.
