Day #2 of sticking to my commitment! Heheh! Today has been OK ... I did wake up and run ... I really pushed myself but was only able to get 20 minutes in. Fridays are always hard because that is the day that my husband and I have lunch together. So we went to Rumbi's and I got a chicken salad and did not have the tortilla chips put on! That's a brownie point for me! But I did have to order the sweet potatoe fries with fry sauce! So I only ate half of my salad but I did have some of my husbands! This afternoon I got a sugar cookie from the cafeteria ... but I will have my 3 oz of steak tonight and then focus on the other things that I need to accomplish for the day!

Alright, here I am again for what feels like the millionth time ... pleading my commitments to the FS world. Well at least I'm trying : ) So I have gained 10 lbs in the last month and had to pay twice for weighin in above goal at WW. I'm just really struggling with self control and I am figuring out just now that I think a lot of it has to do with Stress. Problem is ... I don't know how to relieve that stress any other way than by eating ... which in the long run just causes more stress. I'm sure most of you know exactly what I'm talking about : )
So my goals for today are to eat my 1200 cals and workout. I met one of those goals this morning when I work up and had an appt with Jillian Michaels for 20 minutes! Yay for me.
I want to start being more active on FS because I feel that it not only helps me but it helps those around me on a similar path. If I'm on track, you should be hearing from me daily!

Good Morning FS Friends! Today is going to be the start of wonderful day. I'm done with my week long naughtiness and I'm ready to jump back on the horse!
Today I am going to commit to the following:
1. Eat 19 points.
2. Drink 2 mugs of liquid.
3. No eating after 7 PM.
4. Walking around work 4x's.
5. 5 servings fruit/veggies.
6. Take Alli and Prenatal pills.
I am so close to my goal that I can taste it. I WILL NOT let food come between myself and my happiness. I CAN DO IT ~ I WILL DO IT!
