50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME

Happy Tuesday Everyone
I hope everyone misses me, and if I have some downtime, I will come up with the Weekly results! When I come back Karen and I are working on shifting this challenge over to the new challenge area in FS. We're also thinking about trying to get some more member to start participating, and maybe teaming people up into partners. New members VS old members.. (And I don't mean age
)
What does everyone think of that? If you think it would be nicer to leave it with just us regulars let us know, if you think it might be fun to add some more members, also let us know!
I am all for adding some new members to the challenge and I think it might be fun working as partners

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
I had a good week - hitting a couple milestones that I had been working towards. I am now in the 170's (178.5) and under 30 in BMI (started at 42.4 and currently at 29.7).
I love the stair challenge. Instead of just taking a walk around the office when I needed to stretch this week I walked a couple flights of stairs. I ended up with 144 reps of 15+ flights of stairs. Got in at least 25 situps each night and squats every other night.
Thanks to everyone in the challenge who have helped me continue to stay on track
I am ready to be challenged again!

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
Now this is a challenge for me. My office is on the third floor and I run the stairs all day long between the buildings.
Today I can count back to 285 stairs. I will aim to add an additional 50 or so tomorrow.
Now I need to go do my sit ups

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
I had a great time away with family and I managed to not gain weight. (Actually lost 1 pound.) My goal was to walk enough so that I could enjoy some great food and a few drinks with everyone.
I enjoyed long walks on the beach and around the island early in the mornings and while the kids played in the ocean. I averaged 3 hours a day of walking. Didn't get my sit ups in but I will work on those this week along with the squats.
Now I need to get back on track but after reading about everyone's great weight loss last week I am feeling really motivated!

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
Great work everyone.
I have been getting in 50 situps each night but no weight lose this week. Weighed in 2 days early since I am heading out today for a week at the beach.
I will try to continue with the situps and get some long walks on the beach - here is hoping for no weight gain
Will check in again next weekend - Kate
