I AM A MOTHER OF 2 AND THEY BOTH HAVE FLOWN THE COUP AND THEY ARE BOTH ACROSS COUNTRY... (TEARS)
I AM STARTING TO DO A LOT OF FOCUSING ON MYSELF AND THE THINGS I LIKE AND WANT FOR ME. AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE A SUPER SUPPORTIVE HUSBAND WHO LOVES ME NO MATTER WHAT WEIGHT I AM.
I AM UNHAPPY
I KNOW THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL OR DIET THAT WILL MAKE ME SUPER SKINNY AND HAPPY, SO I AM LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT COMBINATION FOR ME ALONE...
I HAVE BEEN ON THIS SITE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND IF YOU READ MY WEIGHT HISTORY I DID GREAT FOR A WHILE ON ATKINS LOSING 30 LBS TOTAL BUT WITH NEGLECT (OF MYSELF) I GAINED ABOUT 15 OF THAT BACK AND WHAT I REALLY WANT IS TO GET BACK ON THE TRACK OF A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE AND WHAT WORKS FOR ME ALONE.
I HAVE BEEN DOING INTERMITTENT FASTING FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS FAST 16 HOURS EAT 8 AND I HAVE DONE WELL ON IT .. I LIKE IT AND IT HAS KEPT THE WEIGHT FROM COMING BACK ON (I WAS EATING REALLY BAD ON MY 8 HOURS)

AND I AM CURRENTLY JUST FOLLOWING A PORTION CONTROLLED DIET
AND IT IS WORKING FOR ME!!
I LOVE IT, AND I LIKE THAT NO SPECIFIC FOOD GROUP IS LIMITED.
