I was looking at a book that had a cd about hypnotizing yourself to thinking you actually had a lap band. Actually thought about getting it, and then...magic...I stopped and looked at myself. Kick in the rear time...

I deserve it!
Good Morning!
I just had to big surgeries in the last 3 months. Just had my 60th birthday. My body has been weak and I am going to be in recovery for awhile, but my mind is full of ideas.
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. How to eat a whole herd of elephants running at you full charge? One bite at a time!
Well, bit by bit...I want to increase movement and challenge my diet choices. No more empty calories. Face the sugar addiction head on.
A new beginning. I love it, don't you?
