I'm still watching. Nothing has changed but it is because I have not done anything different. My mind is not focused on that thing that I know I need to do. I decided to enroll in a music class then I also work with a group and it has been a lot to intake on this brain lol. It is for sure until I get all of this lined out and in order, I will not be moving. So here's to breaking my day up and working my weight plan in it. I do hope all of you are doing well. And that you will have a wonderful weekend. I'll keep moving.

Well hello everyone. I've been missing in action lo. No, I had tech. problems. and couldn't get here. I missed my weigh in day but it was just as well because I seem to be just maintaining where I am. I will be looing at some things to see if I can get going. At the same time I can say this is normal for me. I hope everyone is doing great, feeling great. Over all I am soooooo. I'll keep moving.

Yep you are seeing the numbers right. The girl has gone up. Ok I was suppose to have recorded this yesterday but I didn't weigh in. I already knew I had gained. so I didn't really bother, then got caught up in other things. BUT I got on there this morning and it confirmed what I thought, but less than what I thought so this could be a good thing. I picked myself back up today. Back in the right direction I have to tell you. The son has gone home and I have my space back. Good thing about this is. I want to get back going. I hope all of you have had a wonderful day. I'll keep moving.

My goodness What a weekend. I can't blame the son. cause everything that I've done was all on me. Stepped on the scales this morning and said what the what??? yeap gained. but it is that same cycle, you drop then the body just hangs up, then you find yourself going up and down, For me it is like I go back to eating to much of this or that. Then when I gain like I just did( gain faster than I loose Go figure that one out) I usually just say forget it, then go months before even thinking about weight or healthy. But nope. I see what is going on. and I'm not going to allow myself to think negative about this. I going to say to myself, SELF you are not giving up. we fall we get back up. as long as I'm given another day. I do what I can do in that day. I still say My goal is going to be reached and I mean that. I hope all is well with all of you, I'll keep moving...
