I found myself on Tuesday participating in a C8 diet. If I see it I ate it!
So now I am further behind where I had been...
I can't seem to get ahead...always slipping behind and getting a bigger behind!
I got away from entering on my journal my food and exercise. So we will try again. Gardening in Minnesota has begun...so that is good exercise for me. Today is cool and raining...so will have to do other things.

Today I am back to tracking my food and activity level. See how long this lasts again.
I have found a new treat. Keebler Mini club crackers. They have salt but only 70 calories for 17 of them. Cute little things that maybe can take the place of chips in my cravings. I seem to need salt to be satisfied.
Going to work again on keeping up my water intake and going to bed before 11 pm every night to ensure that I get my 8 hours of rest.

In reading one of my buddies journal I came to some realizations:
For me I have not been on a good journey. I blamed it on all kinds of things...but I know that it was all me being weak and lazy. I haven't gotten to the top of the mountain again. When I was there I plateaued and then I stopped. I know I was afraid to exercise as I don't like it. That was the next step for me and I just could not force myself to do it. I know that I am afraid to exercise and I am NOT going to lose more without adding some physical exertion to my life.
How do I overcome this fear that is stopping me dead in my tracks?
