Yo! Heyroo!
As I may have mentioned, I cannot afford Keto. It's hard enough as it is. Anyway, I am trying to pool as much information as possible. Slow.... must go forward slowly.
Sorry for being out of the loop for a little while. I have found a new plant based protein and meal replacement shake called OWYN. I got my hands on some. OMG! It tasted like fresh baked chocolate cake! It was very good.
It's much cheaper too. A box of 48 is like 130 bucks. They have other flavors too. It's nummy.
Anyway, just wanted to check in.

My mom is not happy. I can't keep to any diet program. I had the discipline when I dropped everything in 2004. I started on my own. I had my wife too, who cheered my way of starting, and .
According to the site, I was working out at a 6 day pace. I did no cardio, but did a lot of strength training. It sprinkled cardio about twice a week. When I was ready for the next phase of the weight loss, I lifted heavier weights (could not make it past 25 pounds on the bench) But to the leg press I got to 400 pounds.
I kept focused. I was ready for the next phase, so I changed the parameters on the Personal Trainer. I added the Abs Diet, and turned over to 5k training.
I wanted to do the 10k and the Half Marathon training, but it was too soon. It would take 6 weeks to get in shape for the 5k. I never made it to the running phase.
My upper body is too heavy now for the running. We have the elliptical. I need to set up another schedule. One, I need to deal with the issues that hold me back, like the schizophrenia, but it seems to be once a month. I can do that. It just takes discipline. My new psychologist will help me get back on track.
I've been sitting for way too long. I need to work on my knees. My knees are weak. So that's the second thing I need to address. I am going to try to get Bowflex weight machine, with a leg press. It'll cost about 4K. maybe 5 grand. Because the additional Weights are 2961 dollars. So... with everything I would use, I would have to fork out 8000 dollars. The Xtreme 2 SE, is only 1000 dollars.
We'll see. Instead of buying more equipment, I will use our current setup. Recumbent Bike, Elliptical, and Weight Machine until I max them out.
Would it not be cool that if I get the goal of getting the money for it?

*sigh* I could not hold to Keto. I'm not saying it's bad. Lost a fair amount of weight loss (6 lbs in 2 days), but I can't continue. The blood sugar had between stabilized. Was 50 to 100. But I can't remember the recipes.
Maybe I can tell you it works. But I can't do it.
