so im a big big slacker lol i havent done any t hing for tow weeks but its all good im back on the wagon for good this time well will see how i go next week but feeling rather confident THIS TIME i dont no whats harder lossing weight or quiting smoking gusse will see xo

so today wa sthe forst day of my diet im not strong lol well i had a snake when i wa smaking kids breakky but fo rstupied reason i ate a muffin on my drive to noos but then the good news is i went on a 8km walk through the noosa nataionl park was hard but yay for me i done it then i came home and picked kids up from school played in the yaed with them then had chines for dinner tat tat tat y did i have that hope fully tomorrow will be better aiming for 1.5 kg losse this week

so i havent really been doing my diet latley as iv been quiting smoking so it was one or the other but im going to go back full swing on monday the 7th fingers crossed i for reall bout lossing weight THIS TIME i no my diet works i just have to be strong i dont need the PIES AND CANDY BARS and ommlet or sald wrap is just and tasty and heaps better thats all for now :P
