Exercising 6-7 days has kept my weight on track and my weightloss consistent.
I have lost over 100 pounds since mid-January. However, lately my diet has started to slide. I'm drinking soda, eating chocolate, and indulging in movie treats. The exercise intensity has maintained.
My biggest problem now is maintaining a consistent diet. Some days I may eat 1500 calories and other days it may be 4000+. I burn at least 2000 calories a day from exercise and an additional 3500 calories at rest (metabolic rate).
I need to learn how to eat balanced meals with healthy snacks throughout the day.
