Exercising 6-7 days has kept my weight on track and my weightloss consistent.

I have lost over 100 pounds since mid-January. However, lately my diet has started to slide. I'm drinking soda, eating chocolate, and indulging in movie treats. The exercise intensity has maintained.

My biggest problem now is maintaining a consistent diet. Some days I may eat 1500 calories and other days it may be 4000+. I burn at least 2000 calories a day from exercise and an additional 3500 calories at rest (metabolic rate).

I need to learn how to eat balanced meals with healthy snacks throughout the day.

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?
Bottom line, if it's strengthening your muscles and burning calories, don't worry how it looks. Most people aren't paying attention to you, but rather trying to do their own thing. If they are watching you, then they're checking you out, not necessarily judging how you exercise. For me, I'm afraid to run on the treadmill for fear of falling!!!

so much sweat!!!-embarrassing plz help
Sweat means what you're doing is "working!" You're body is getting rid of toxins and other things that don't need to be there. Under Armour and other companies make great gear for quick drying action. Also try darker clothing if you don't want people to notice the sweat as much. Other than that, own it. Enjoy it! Sweat is earned! It reflects your hard work!
