ahhhh I hate tomato
recently whenever I eat it my body becomes itchy...
I think its some kind of allergic reaction...but still don't know what to replace it with...sometimes I my body craves for it...

a little update:
hey guys so as you know i had some fruit, peanut butter and cheese issue.
since i started to eat fruits with my meals I feel more satisfied after my meals and I crave less fruit now
for my peanut butter and cheese craving? well I have pcos and I eat less dairy products than normal people, my fat craving was bc of the cheese itself! when I replaced it with a prebiotic cheese, u felt so much better and I crave less peanut butter now (idk how it works but it worked for me i guess). I also eatting more protein as well which I think that had some effects too! thank you all for helping me♡ wish you the best♡♡♡

hi guys I'm scared...and I need help
lately I get hungry alot...
the only thing i added to my diet were summer fruits but idk if it is the real cause...
today I craved cheeae and peanut butter...and I ate ALOT with bread...
idk what to do I'm really scared
