Doing so bad, not sure whats going on! take a few days away from gym and get so busy I cant get back! I need to find small things to do out side the gym to help keep me in shape. Also been very bad on my diet due to my weekends of travel!

Well, for some reason after my weekend in Florida I am acutally more encourged to get moving and looking more skinny! so I am gonna do it! I feel great mentaly today, and I think thats what I needed.
