Well it's about time I got serious about this. I've been 'trying' to lose weight for a couple of years now. I lost almost 20 lbs when I first started in 07, but nothing since then. Now that I'm out of work, I have all this time to spend and the gym and I'm loving it. I only wish I would have started it when I was first unemployed a year ago. I hope to be back into the grind soon, and getting a firm plan at the gym should help me stay with it even though I'll have less freedom when I can get there.
