Tuesday- Did housework for 1 1/2 hrs then went to laundromat with my large quilt and some large rugs then came home and planted my last 4 flowers then this evening got on the bike for 10 min and on the treadmill for another 10 min. Did pretty good on my food also.

It seems like the more I worry about my eating the worse it gets Dont know why but it happens every time I diet for a while do good and then I repeat the same pattern (for years)

4/24/13 I have been eating and periodically binging for the last week.Dont know what brought this on things are going well No emotional upsets, no stress-- I am retiring from working at our business so I will be officially retired on Friday this week, but will still come in if they need coverage. I want to just stay home tonight but I know that is not going to help me. I have been relatively good for 1 and 1/2 days and am trying to regroup. Lindsay I will be there tonight but I dont have a diet log (I thought about lying) Also 0 exercise. I guess it can only get better.

4/10/13 up north Friday Sat and Sunday Home on Monday Bad week for exercise Will do better thiis coming week and will try to add my protien shake as I planned to do
