Estou fazendo a dieta paleolítica low carb (e vegetariana! Rs).
Há umas 3 semanas estou comendo frutas livremente e continuo mantendo a perda média de 170g por dia. Cada vez mais acho que a perda de peso se deve à não comer açúcar, farinhas e amido. O lado ruim de comer frutas é que realmente a fome volta a aparecer.
Pra quem quiser experimentar, sugiro o excelente blog do Dr. Souto: www.lowcarb-paleo.com.br e que não vejam o programa mal estar, da Globo (cuja dieta ideal é presunto Seara, pão Plus Vita e sucos de caixinha).
