h2o sucess
I dont tend to drink any fizzy drinks normally, perhaps too many tea/coffees (with sugar and milk, which i know i shouldnt) and if I do have a glass of water it is usually with squash/cordial in, which obviously adds to the sugar intake :S and Iv been slipping a bit with my diet the past week so Im going to try and follow your advice on here... and if I can offer my own advice, well passed on from a friend, if you dont like water on it own, get a 2litre jug, slice up some lemons/limes/oranges or whatever, fill it with water and put it in the fridge, I am going to do this and try to drink the whole jug throughout the day everyday! and stop with the tea/coffee (except for my morning cup-but try to cut out the sugar) that way the water has a nice fruity taste

Sore bike butt
I have this problem as well, Iv got a huge squidgy gel saddle to accommodate my big bum
but I still get sore and bruised feelings on my pelvic/butt bones. Not to mention the bruises I keep getting on my legs from banging them on the peddles etc... Iv only recently started riding my bike again for the 1st time in a few years. If anyone does have any tips id love to know!!!
