I dancercise and take walks, etc. I follow the Dr. McDougall diet because it is vegan, very low fat, and low protein. It sounds radical but it is closer to the way humans used to eat before processed foods came into being. It is actually more the way the third world eats every day with rice, corn or wheat giving adequate protein and lots of vegetables. My downfall is high fat desserts.
