I did ok this week. Not a hugh number on the scale but I do feel better and my mood is better then it was this weekend. I am grateful that my cousin has started working out with me. It helps to motivate me and keep me accountable. We even got our butts out of bed yesterday, on our day off from running kids to school, and went to the gym for an hour.

Why can't I get it together. I get on roll and do really well for a few weeks and then I just let it all go. The house, the finances, my weight, my exercise. Other people can do it why can't I. I know I have stuff that has happened that isn't fair but when will I be able to get past it and create a better and happy life that sticks. Some times I feel like such a hugh failure. I just can't seem to get motivated to do anything. Such a pity party. AAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!
