well good start, 4 miles at 12 kms per hour 1 minute in 30 second rest took 35 minutes, quite happy. followed by game of tennis. Feel good but I think my legs will ache a bit in the morning.

well today is the last day of my week off. Back to the grindstone tomorrow not to mention the treadmill and other associated equipment. Must admit have missed it and felt a little guilty and no doubt gained a bit but hey ho mexico in 19mdays time YIPPEE. Sometimes having a week off can be beneficial, it gives the body a change to rest and adapt,should find out after a week or to. Tonight it will be down to the pub for 5.30 to watch the the Pool take on Utd, fingers crossed otherwise I am going to take so much stick tomorrow, not to mention any utd fans (or those that follow Leicester) on fat secrets. Well back to a bit more lazing about, but the new IKEA furniture together yesterday just to leave myself free for my last slobby day.

I know I said I wouldn't but it has been a good or bad (depending on how you look at it) put on a couple of pounds but hey ho at least I know were I am

no calorie counting no training this weekend, off work (I only train on work days). Well so much for putting feet up and relaxing, moved daughter into new digs for her second year, now stripping wallpaper and redoing the bedroom, Then its off to the tip, isn't it strange you but a new blind for the window and before you know it its a new carpet to match, that then makes the rest of the stuff look old and dated, so new furniture etc oh yes and a complete decoration. Why do we spend so much time and money doing up a room that you spend most of the time asleep in and your eyes are closed. Maybe I am just becoming a grumpy old man. So much for a week off, my mrs is a slave driver I wonder if thats why she took the same week off work just to make sure I did something and not just slob about. Oh I have to go I hear her cracking the whip.

no tennis today decided to have a run instead, I know on my exercise plan is shows 11 kph but it was actually 12 to 12.5 for a distance of 5 miles, the calorie counter on my watch however I only gives me 380 calories, that's why I only use them as a guide. Thought would push it a little bit more today as I am going out tonight and drinking a few calories (don't you just love liquid calories ha ha) I don't know if I will get to train next week as I am on a weeks holiday, not going anywhere because JO I am going to MEXICO in 27 days. (that was in case you forget. I am having the week of just to prepare myself for my 2 weeks holiday. Might not do a journal note tomorrow as I might be suffering a little bit
