Hit another Mid-Night workout! this time i walked the mile for the challenge. Did the following workout for Back, Triceps, Biceps
Back:
Deadlift:5x8
Bent-Over Row:5x12
Close-Grip Pulldown:5x12
Triceps:
Close-Grip Bench:5x12
Pushdowns:5x12
Biceps:
Barbell Curl:5x12
Incline Dumbell Curl:5x12
I hit the workouts really quick on this one but still took me 2hrs to get it all done. I'm really sore right now, especially arms. Haven't given my Tri's time to recover over the past two days with Chest& Shoulders being tuesday and the workout yesterday. Really happy i'll be having the weekend off. Still gatta make sure I stick to my diet this weekend...

Yesterday was a pretty good day,worked out ran for a lil over a mile then worked out.
Chest:
Bench Press:5x12
Incline Dumdbell Press:5x12
Flat Bench Dumbell Fly:5x12
Shoulders:
Seated Barbell Front Press:5x10
Incline Rear Delt Raise:5x12
Seated dumbell lateral raise:5x12
Traps:
Standing Dumbell shrug:5x10
So total time liftinf weights was about 2:52 min
I hit the suna for 20min
then swam at a slow paste for 1:15
after that I hit the suna again for 10 min.
Then after that I went to a dinner with my roomie.
Temptation really kicked in with all that good(actually bad) food, so i had a whole wheat hamburger with peperjack chesse and no sauce or mayo. Also subsitiuted the frys with a small dinner sald. My very first time i've ever done that. Overall I find that i indeed do very well. Im starting to feel fuller quicker and with smaller meals, hopefully this weekend will be easy on me, and i hope to have lost some pounds over the weekend.

Had a quickly made Buffalo sandwhich today that hit the spot for about 2hrs, hungrt again. I worked out last night from 8:40-11:35.
Worked out Legs last night did the following:
ABS:
Swiss Ball Tuck in:2x20
Calfs:
Standing Calf Riase:5x15
Hamstrings:
Lying Leg Curl:5x12
Quads:
Leg Extensions:5x15
Squats:3x15
Front Squats:2x15
Leg Press:5x15
I also ran on the tredmill for 1 mile @8mph, then did a lil more
After the workout I stayed in the suna for about 15 just to sweat.
If anyone feels like doing my workout please feel free to just make sure you warm-up first. Trust me you'll need it!!!

Ugh... Weekend was horrible...so much good foood!!! Well todays Monday the 20 of Dec & i'm really excited to get this new lifestyle going
