Today I'm tired! Although my body doesn't hurt from working out anymore I'm tired. I am also craving for the first time cookies & cheesecake! Today I want sugar! I want bread! I want a bowl of pasta! I want Ice cream with bananas and hot-fudge! WHAAAAAAA!!!!! Whine, Whine, Whine.
There now that I've had my sugar whine maybe I can move past this... ummmm No Maybe about it, I will prevail!!!!

Well, All is good. Lots of energy, Lots of positive. I don't really have a lot to report other than I ate 3 really good meals and my caloric intake is below 900 calories. Breakfast, 1 large egg w/6 pieces of bacon. Lunch, about 6 pieces of Parmesan coated chicken strips along with green beans loaded with butter. Dinner, 6 or 7 oz of fish cooked in EV olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper & asparagus spears then topped with shredded mozzarella cheese. So you see I'm eating good and a lot so NOW WHAT. Until tomorrow.

Today I'm impressed with myself! I have a pair of jeans that are a tad bit snug....well I wore them today prepping the garden area for the rototiller & my pants kept falling down! Yep, nothing like a pair of snug jeans feeling loose :) So my "I'm gonna win this" tude just got reinforced! I'm a bottomless pit sometimes. When I can eat pepperoni, Cheese's, cucumbers, chicken salad on salad bed, hot chicken wings....I'm HAPPY!!! Anyways I eat all this stuff and so much more and keep dropping the pounds! Ya I can't have a chocolate bar.. Oh that's right I can have an Atkins Chocolate caramel bar! But I literally don't desire any sweets now that I'm satisfied. By keeping my carbs-sugar down I sleep better & my energy level is amazing. This is good stuff for me. I'm pleased with my choice of weight loss program and I'm pleased with with changes in the way my clothes are fitting!

It's been a good day on the active side. Something about rainy days. You can use them to be lazy or use them to get some much needed indoor work done. Today I chose to stay busy. Heck I even got in 50 crunches! I joined my first challenge doing abs :) so I figured since I had so much energy I'd see how it would feel. Not bad at all!!! One thing is bothering me though... I'm hungry or I'm craving something sweet today. All I want to do is eat and most comfort foods are not on the menu. Oh well, I'll stay on track because I know the after effects will be amazing.
