Well, hello again, after a few days! I haven't weighed myself for days, haven't wanted to, been kinda frustrated. But today is the day I quit smoking cigarettes, so I am not sure how well today's food plan will go, but I will try my best. I think I am more worried about being diligent with not smoking today than anything else.

so I drank last night and ate party food, although I tried to stick to homemade salsa and the veggie tray. think after Sunday. I won't weigh myself but weekly cuz I get too disappointed when it flucuates

wow! wasn't expecting a 2.6 lb loss in a day, but supposed to start anytime so maybe that affects it. but cool anyway.

I did really well and deserved today's number! But one thing I notice is that I do well at work, there is no temptations, well not really. I did eat boneless wings tonight, but they didn't put me over anything but the sodium on my plan.

So I have done very well, when I'm working... It seems to be a much bigger challenge to be on plan when I am off work and have free roam of my kitchen and other places to eat. At work, I pack my lunch and there is no room for cheating. Well, everyday is a new one and if I keep up the way I'm going it's gonna be a good one each day! I'm strong, I'm motivated, I'm ready!
