havent been doing much in the last few months but occasionally riding my bike eating what i want but still setting limits and i still drink the raw apple cider vinegar with honey in water. basicaly i havent been trying to lose weight but i still lost a pound ha ha lol

I have increased my exercise to saturdays and the last two saturdays i started jogging part of it. Like jog two blocks walk two blocks. This past saturday i walked/jogged for 5 miles and since yesterday was a holiday I walked/jogged for 3 miles.

Ok I tried to add what I ate yesterday. The calories are all aprox. What can I say it was superbowl sunday. we ate gumbo with crab and sausage, jambalya, pigs in a blanket, brown rice, salsa n chips, baked mac n cheese, Almond cream cheese pound cake and peach cobbler. But back on track today. I'm going to have to work in some extra exercise this week and cut back more calorie intake each day.
