This is my first day with fat secret. My doctors recommend intermittent fasting. I need to lose one to 2 pounds a week. It is a struggle for me because I have no clue as to how to do the fasting. I am 73 years old with major health issues. I do squats, push ups, burpees and walking. I have added weights - 3lb ones for my arms and shoulders.
I love drawing, watercolors, crocheting and sewing. I have 4 wonderful cats and an awesome husband.
