What can I say, I am a Yo-Yo Dieter. I was around 225 lbs around 5 years ago. Lost a bit, gained a bit. Came in 7th place in a weight loss challenge (In 90 days went from 186 lbs down to 147 lbs). Lowest I went was 142 lbs. Was going to the gym 6 days a week - had a trainer for 3 of those days. Counted every calorie. I know, who can keep that going and be a single mom. Then life happened - couldn't get to the gym as much (the one we went to closed down). Also temptation, need I say more. Started to gain a bit. Finished the summer (2012) with an injured knee & broken toe (from a soccer tournament). Gained more & more & more. This morning I weighted in at 200.4 lbs :(
Who starts a diet on Dec. 23? Someone who needs too.
