I am 27, married and have a new baby boy. I was only 185lbs last summer which was down 70lbs from my peak weight. I sprained my ankle got lazy and put on 40lbs. Now I am really struggling sticking to a diet. I keep eating doughnuts and gorging on other food. I exercise almost daily but the stress of a new job and baby sends me to eat junk. I have never been fond of support groups but we will give this a shot. I have been trying the Weight Watches diet again since that is how I lost all my weight the first time. I have been counting points for 2 months and only lost 4lbs.
