Up down up down. Been sick or so I thought. Now I think it's my allergies. But it's been pretty bad. It's been so bad I stopped the Paleo Diet. I just didn't have the energy to fix it myself. I live with my sister and her family, so I just ate what they had but still tried to easy in moderation. No exercising though and 5lbs back on quickly. Not good. I forced myself out yesterday, and I walked for about two hours. I walked so much I walked clean out of my souls... lol. Had to go buy new shoes. I laughed about that for so long! Anyways, my sister has decided she is going to get back to taking better care of herself. So I have someone in the home on this journey with me now. Makes our journey more apt to success! Moving forward...

The Paleo is getting easier as time goes on. At least knowing what I can and cannot have is. I've seen where people are doing 80% Paleo and 20% American Diet, but there is no explanation of why they are doing that. So, I plan on just sticking as close as I can to Paleo. No bread, thought it would be harder to give up, but it hasn't been. The sugar, I had already stopped using table sugar, no big deal. The only thing I've had issues with is I woke up craving orange juice really really bad. It's not something I can have a lot of anyways being a diabetic... but it's not on Paleo. The first time I didn't have any, but the second and third time it happened...I drank just about 1/4 cup each time. They say cravings stop after 10 minutes. This did not, that's why I went ahead and drank a little bit. Anyways, be blessed everyone! !

I've been plugging away at it hard since last weigh in. Started a new way of eating, the Paleo Diet. Did a lot of reading up on it and research first, sounded like something I needed to try. The sugar med that has been making me sick and giving me worse headaches, on top of not controlling my sugar... well after being on this *way* I've not only lost 10lbs the headaches are gone, my sugars have normalized, and I feel good. I still feel sick to my stomach though. Today is not my official weigh in, but I couldn't wait till Monday...

I'm struggling... the ulcers on my feet have gotten worse and I have to jump through hoops to see my podiatrist now. The new sugar meds are making me sick and I've had recurrent bloody noses. Being on blood thinner those are scary! I am trying to exercise from a seated position, but nothing compared to what i was doing before. I'm losing my momentum... as is obvious by the gain. Hadn't even gotten on the scale in weeks! Wasn't shocked to see that number really, i could feel it in my clothes before then. I don't want to gain the weight back, but mostly I don't want to undo all the positive steps I've made this far. Sugar is almost completely out of my diet. (table sugar) mostly because the new med doesn't seem to be doing anything but making me sick (headaches). Anyways enough of my whining...

On new medications for my sugar and cholesterol per my new insurance. Not happy about the fact that they were able to dictate what they wanted me to take and got it. Have not been feeling good since beginning these new meds. One off then greatly increased my risk of internal bleeding since I'm on high levels of blood thinners. Don't even believe they took that into consideration. My sugars are all walked out now... they were completely under control. But I'm told there is nothing I can do about it other than continue too get healthier and come off these meds all together. So prayerfully, I will get use to these meds and get back to exercising. Stomach pains are keeping me down. :(
