I've been going out for my runs and my training is right on track. I feel stronger than the previous time I trained. My time is soo much faster. I am hoping to beat my previous time and if all goes as planned, I should be able to do it.

I haven't really been counting points. I just pretty much try to eat healthy and know what my meals should be like. I add a little bit more on running days cause I need more fuel to burn. I might not reach my weight goal now, but I feel good and my clothes is fitting just the way I want it to.

I'm running again today. It is 45 minutes.

This past weekend I was supposed to do my speed training and the track was locked at the high school closest to me, so my dad, my daugher and our dogs went to the park nearby to at least try and get some speedwork done there, but no luck the softball league was playing an early a.m. Saturday game. I guess we ran out of luck, so then I just decided to go for a run on the street, but try to do it fast. I'm not exactly sure how long I ran, but I took 50 minutes. It better have been more than 5 miles or my training failed.

This Saturday we are doing 9 miles. My sister Silvia and I. I'm going to map it out on my iphone and get the distance that we need to run to. I usually like to make it pretty interesting so this time I'll be sure to head towards La Mirada. Its nice and green in that area.

Weighed in on the wii this morning. I hadn't weighed in since March on the wii. I lost 12 punds since March and am now halfway on the normal range, I used to be right between the overweight and normal weight. My BMI also increased, although I don't know much about how that works, knowing it went down is a positive thing though. The scale on the wii doesn't state ounces, so I am not sure how much I gained exactly. I guess I'll be weighin on on that scale weekly unless my coworkers do implement their idea of having us come together once a week, share stories, recipes, and getting weighed in just like we did in Weight Watchers. That way we all stay on top of our weight loss. I don't know why I gained, I've been following the program pretty accurately. I'll be running today, running always makes me feel better about myself, despite the count on the scale.

Went for my run Sat. morning. This week I had to increase it to 7 1/2 miles. At first I thought it be tough, but when I woke up I saw that it was cloudy and quite chilly. It was the perfect weather to run in. I really felt strong throughout. I was able to run at a pretty consistent pace. I finished strong and that is a good indicator for me that I'm becoming a stronger runner.

I have a mark where I always check my time and I was very shocked to see that I had run it in 11 minutes faster than the previous week. I finished my run in 1 hour and 25 minutes. It is pretty good, however I need to increase it by a lot if I plan on beating my previous time of 2 hrs 3 minutes for 13.1 mes. I still gave a long way to go so I know it can happen.

Tomorrow I will do 45 minute run. I plan on getting to this place on the river bed. It's not so close to work and I think it will be about 4 miles. We'll see how it goes. Hopefulle with this weather it will go as planned.
