3-day Detox plan anyone?
just do water fast for 24 hours (7PM-7PM next day) and break your fast with lemon water and start with your regular diet...I tried it and it helped flush down the salty, sugary cravings and help calibrate your body to receive more nutritious foods afterwards. hope this works for you too.
