Yay! I lost a pound... after 991 days 🤣. Covid hit me hard. I was 'mentally' unable to fast anymore. I gained weight, however, I continued to log my food every day. I tried semaglutide but it did nothing for me, even at high doses. I then tried tirzepitide and it did the trick. I was finally able to at least do protein shake fasts again.
