I am below 190 for the first time since I don't know when. I am so happy! Weight training continues to go well. I am up to 600 on leg press; I just started deep squats because I can do them now without falling over. Progress: my body is shaping up better. I wish there were a way to get rid of the fupa w/o surgery. I hate the excess skin.
I know a lot of the weight was water from too much salt intake.

Well, my weight is up. The good news is it's all muscle, more good news fat % is down to 20.3%
I still want to lose more weight, so I'm reducing my caloric restriction back to 1600-1700 calories per day.

I had a good workout with the trainer yesterday; I only had to pause three times due to tachycardia. My appetite is still flagging, making it difficult to get the needed protein. But at least I am losing weight and appear to still be gaining muscle.
I would love to break the 190 mark; it would be the first time I had been at that weight since my late 20s.

I'm finally off the bulk and in the cut. My body fat is down to 21%, looking towards the 18-16% range next. My definition is becoming more apparent, and I like most of what I see. Getting all the protein I need, 200g/day, is difficult due to my weak appetite (caused by TRT). But I try my best.
My new short-term goal is to cut and push to get to 180 lbs before moving into the subsequent bulk.

^190 v165 (4-6 months) BFP ~ 14%
^180 v160 (4-6 months) BFP ~ 12%
After the last cycle, I'll see slow gains and maintenance. The goal is to keep my body fat percentage in the final bracket of 8-12%, which should let me enjoy my golden and platinum years. I already feel so much better than I did two years ago.
