Hello, everyone. I forgot to put my weight here on the 27th of August. So I am doing today.
- When I last time came to this site, I was 116 kg.
On the 25th of August 2024, my weight was 103.5 kg.
- On the 27th of August 2024, my weight was 103.2 kg.
- In total, I have lost 12.8 kg.
- My first goal is 95 kg
- Still to go - 8.2 kg.
Sloooowly, but SURELY I am coming closer to my first goal. 😉

Hello everyone. I am a bit upset today as I have lost only 100 gr of my weight in the last 10 days. But, if I look from a positive point of view - the weight is going down, not up. I am still struggling with a lack of energy. I started taking some magnesium tablets to help me with energy, sleep, and muscle cramps. Hopefully, soon, I will start moving more, and from this losing more weight.

This is my lunch: high protein plain yoghurt with musli ( 25g) and extra sunflower and pumpkinseeds, and little bit of strawberry conserve.

It is 14th August today. I checked my weight today again - it was another little drop for me.
13th August - weight - 104.2 kg
Today - weight - 103.6 kg
Lost since yesterday - 0.6 kg
Lost so far in total - 12.4 kg
My first goal - 95 kg
Still to go - 8.6 kg
The reason I had this drop was that I had high blood pressure from yesterday evening and during the night. There were numerous trips to the loo, and I was physically ill several times, huge headache. I think I definitely need to call GP about high blood pressure again.
