Hey! I'm not totally sure what to put here, so here's some facts for you.
I've been chubby since i was 12.
I've never dieted.
I have slowly ballooned over 20 years.
I started dieting for the first time in my life in June '17, weighing in at 112.2kg / 17st 9lb.
I don't think i'll ever forget those figures.
Generally, i stick to 1300 calories a day or less. I cook from scratch a lot. I'm on a bike at least every other day.
