I am a Mom of three boys and wife to an amazing husband. I have been determined to be the healthiest I have ever been in my life. I will persevere and meet my goals. I do not follow a "diet" exactly. I eat all foods and try my best to eat in the window of 12pm - 8pm as well as limit to 2,000 calories. I started February 2, 2021 and have lost 49.5lbs in 5 months.
