I have had some luck/drive in the past in my weight loss journey. Its a journey I only started to care about since idk 2018. My max weight was 244 lbs. I have most recently been stalling and kind of yoyoing from anywhere between 182-189. Luckily I never crossed the 190 mark again...and I shouldn't. Anyway I am hoping that I am back on track for good NO NO I am back on track rn and I will try to be more active on this platform. I think it will keep me mindful of my goals.
