I've been overeating - and I'm not sure if it's emotional, or my body trying to adjust, or stress. Either way, I can't seem to tell myself to stop. Once everyone goes to bed, I keep getting up and eating 'just one more thing'
800 - Step
900 - Granola Bar
1200 - PB Banana Sandwich
200 - Mango and a packet of Oyster Crackers
500 - Tofu and Veggie Stir Fry, 2 Dove Caramel Promises, Mini Twix
800 - Homemade Popcorn
900 - Craisin and Pudding Cup
930 - Two pieces of toast with peanut butter
Total: 2103

Haven't been eating very well (pretty much breaking even as far as calories go). Today I noticed I'm eating much healthier than a lot of my friends and I've definitely cut my portions down, but I'm not seeing the results. I guess I wish it was as easy for me as it is for them. How much longer does this take before there's some kind of incentive. The scale may have said a pound but my body still has the same bulges.
Anyway, food diary time (I know it's bad)
900 - Run and Interval workout
1100 - Homemade apple oatmeal
230 - peanut butter and banana sandwich
530 - small slice of white chocolate ganache pie (a friend made some at school)
800 - Sesame Chicken and white rice (half the portion), egg roll, cookie
1000 - pudding cup, craisins, pineapple and cantaloupe
Total: 1882 calories

Had a long conversation about health with my friend today (over brownies haha). All I got was that there are so many different thoughts on the subject, I end up getting more confused as to what I should and shouldn't be eating everyday. I hope I can find what it is MY body wants and needs.
1000- Homemade apple oatmeal
1200 - Peanut butter on toast, strawberries and yogurt
500 - Cantaloupe and Pineapple
730 - Tofu Veggie Stirfry
900 - Brownies (way too many)
Total: 1917 calories (all because we sat around the brownies instead of keeping them in the kitchen - I learned my lesson). On the bright side, no binge when I got home alone.

Down a pound - which didn't seem like that much until I actually started considering how hard I've been trying to get back on track. I'm hoping I can continue this trend with some new purchases at the store and help from all of you!
Today's Food Intake:
900 - Cantaloupe
930 - Interval Work-Out
1100 - Pineapple and Rice Chex
200 - Strawberries
300 - Life Cereal and Lite Greek Yogurt
600 - Peanut Butter and Jelly
800 - Watermelon Candies
930 - Homemade Popcorn (just added a little salt)
1000 - Small Pudding Cup
Total: 1,428
I really love adding fruit to my diet - it keeps me fuller and I can eat it throughout the day without too many additional calories added. Now if I could just find a love for vegetables...

Still not so hot on my calories but this is a process. I really appreciate all the feedback - I just need time to hit a grocery store to get some of these great ideas. Thanks all!

bliss chocolates and 2 rolos
300 - 3 Hershey bliss chocolates and 3 rolos
600 - grilled chicken salad
700 - sugar free jello cup
1030 - cup of life cereal and peanuts
Total 1638 calories
