I am a 24 year old practicing architect and Ballroom dance instructor. You'd think that since I work from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm I'd have trouble keeping the pounds on. So untrue. I skip meals. Drink soda so the carbonation will curb my hunger and break down around 11:00 and just eat eat eat. Then I sleep. So, 30 pounds later I can't recognize my former self. No more. I am making a change, one steady meal at a time.
