Terrible week. But I survived. After a terrible cold, that turned into a bronchial infection I am just now beginning to feel back to my old self. I didn't lose too much weight this week, but between feeling icky and sick, I didn't really worry too much about what I was eating, because keeping things down was more on my mind. And so I start again full throttle. Hopefully everyone here had a better week than I did.

Slow and steady. And a pretty good week so far. Broke down and had some RedHots and a KitKat yesterday. Suprisingly, I didn't feel as guilty as I expected. But I was good the rest of the day, and got in 15 min. more cardio, so I feel pretty good. I am building muscle, which is great, so now I feel more toned and less "jiggly". Still no where near done on that front, but I am starting to see a little muscle. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! YAY! :)

So, here it is, my feable attempt at weight loss. Today has been a discouraging day as a whole. While the scale went down, I am feeling oddly less comfortable in my clothes. Must have had a little too much sodium, so maybe I am retaining water. Who knows. All I know is that the number on the scale doesn't matter to me as much as how I feel. And today I feel so blah. Does anyone else have that problem, where you should be excited, but you can't be? I should feel amazing, instead I am hiding in my oversized pants and bulky sweater. Ugh. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. But, I'll make today count too. And I'll definitely watch the salt. I should know better...
