So I try and measure myself once every two weeks, for some reason I let it laps an extra week and let me tell you I was not impressed with the results. I can see that the scale has not budged but unfortunately for me I gained an inch around my waist, again let me say not impressed. My roomie is going to measure me again just in case the measurements were faulty, but I know that even though I have been working out like a boss I have been eating garbage.

So my friend convinced me to stop counting calories for a week (she thought I was a bit obsessed). Well with my weigh in this week I didn't lose or gain any so not sure how well that worked out for me, but I have decided to jump back in. It's so much easier to judge how your doing when you can seen what your eating and how much your exercising. So let's go woot woot...I have goals to meet.

Ok so back on the horse here. I have decided to take a break from TurboFire and swtich back to, Insanity (both excellent workouts but nothing gets me sweating like Insanity.

Oh my gosh the naan killed me today! I decided to take a few days off working out, my body needs the break, I could barely walk yesterday. So today with no exercise and my naan I am way past my daily calorie intake.
