I am a 27. My biggest problem is food makes me really happy. Thinking about it, eating it, cooking it. I have always cooked somewhat healthily, but I would stop off at fast food restaurants on my way home. If i had a good day it would be mc Donalds or wendys. If i had a bad day at work it would be the chinese buffet. Needless to say a weeks worth of bad days has me really tipping the scale. I am an extreme emotional eater. People dissapoint, leave, piss you off; food doesnt. I am having to change that philosophy if I am going to be successful at weightloss. I am well over 300lbs. at 5'11" that is one enormous woman. I teach first grade and that requires a lot of squatting and sitting in tiny chairs. i would like to do that with ease.
