I have lost 20lbs since I had my gallbladder removed. I as afraid that too much fat will stay in my body so I am watching it. I have my cravings that win me over though. I just can't help it. When I step on the scale, I may see it go down but most times it is the same or it goes up so I wait for a while and then it goes down a bit. That is when I will record it. I would feel worse if I looked at my records and saw a line going all over the place.
Lately, I have been a bit disappointed in my weight lose and my eating. I really love the chocolate although I have been good to a point and I love the salt. Which I did find a way to get to that but I have been wanting the peanuts. My acid reflex does not like that one at all.
Today I ate like crazy. It was my grandson's birthday and my daughter had all kinds of goodies there. I went with her when she bought them so I knew they would be there. So to keep away from them, I took some food with me. Did me no good at all. Peanuts, Chips, Chocolate...need I say any more?
Well, I decided to look up some exercises that I thought would look quite easy. Printed them up, turned on music, did some stretching (haven't done even that much for ???? can't say) and then started the exercising. I started all energetic....got a little clumsy looking, I am sure after a bit, got a little slower, but never stopped. Just like I do everything else though. I read the instructions wrong. To my good though...I would have probably had a heart attack. I was suppose to do 8 reps, I thought that meant just do that exercise 8 times.
Here is the list of exercises, LOL:
Sideways Bear Crawl --------so, I went eight times to the other side of my small carpeted area and
back.
Super Burpee -----------------well, I did this one ok, but slower and slower, trying to keep up a pace.
Roll over and Stand up------now on this one I forgot to stand all the way up, I could not get up on
own power, I used the coffee table and now the pace was even more
difficult.
Inch Worm------------------I almost forgot what I was doing during this exercise, my legs were so
tired. Again, I only went forward four times and back four times and
figured that had to make eight.
AND I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE 8 MORE TIMES, YUK!!!!
I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE AFTER JUST THE LITTLE I DID ABOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!
