Hello, it has been a very long time since I have been on here. I was in between jobs and that kinda got me off track for a minute, but now im fine. I just went today and stocked up on my ready to drink slimfast and I actually cooked really good healthy recipe from my weightwatchers cookbook! I haven't weighed in and right now is too late to weigh myself because its the end of the day! I have a wedding and family reunion to go to at the end of september and october and that means I got to "work it" !

Hey Guys, How is everthing going? I am doing fine today but as a snack yesterday I ate a sugarfree chocolate cluster for one of my snacks and for some reason it gave me alot of gas. Is this common to happen? I know the slimfast does not do that to me?

Well today went okay! I was off today and so I just kinda relaxed around the house. I work at night so when I get in I am beat. Sometimes over in the night I do get hungry but I just eat a small bowl of special K cereal and a bottle of water and dont feel guilty. Special K is good to replace some of your meals or if you have a sweet tooth, can get the kind with the chocolate pieces. SlimFast does work I know it for a fact, you just have to keep up with it.. I had recently ran out of slimfast and kinda "ventured" out a little bit but not too much. I just weighed myself yesterday and these are the results. Good Luck!

This is day 2 of the detox for the fatsmash diet. I decided to change my mind and go back to my old side kick "slimfast and special k". I have lost on slimfast before but I just wanted to try something different. This time I am changing it up with a "special K twist". Well, the good news about the smashfat diet is I did lose 2 pounds when I weighed today. I was just having too many headaches, so I am going a different route and still staying healthy. I am going to record my progress as I go... Good Luck!!
