OMG I don't know WTF is happening... in the last few days the scale is now saying I've gained almost 5lbs...
I definitely haven't been eating THAT out of control, I've been playing with the dog, walking him, and last night I did all of the hard dances on Just Dance for 50 minutes. I know for Christmas I'm getting the 2nd Wii Active, and I'll start doing that, but seriously, something has got to be off on the scale...
I'm really upset.

Well I'm up and I'm not surprised. I'm still under my goal weight - but finals week was stressful and my digestive system wasn't acting normally... and I cheated a lot.
Saturday I didn't even record because we had people over and once that happened... ugh I didn't pay attention to much of what I ate. I feel bad... but anyway. Back on track Sunday and for the holidays!
My mom told me all she wants for Christmas is to come down to my house and eat healthy... :D That made me feel awesome.

So, I was feeling all better yesterday... ate pretty normally... and then today, I was all good during the morning... ate some applesauce and peaches... then had pizza for lunch. Took a nap cause I was tired, woke up and got sick all over again... Don't know wtf I've got. :(

So, I have the flu, and no I will NOT not record my weight loss since I've eaten NOTHING except a saltine and drank only a little bit of water and pop...
But screw it, I'm recording this down weight, lol - I mean, if it's not there, it's not there, and all I need to focus on is not gaining it back once I feel better. I don't feel like throwing up anymore, but my stomach and digestive tract is not happy with me... I'm really hoping by tomorrow this will be all gone.

Well getting sick is always a nice way of losing weight I guess. I was up about 1.5lbs from my last recorded weight, and now I'm thinking the bf and I have the flu... I started getting sick at like 5am this morning, both ends (sorry for the details) and I feel "okay" now but once I get moving, I keep feeling nauseated. So, I'm back down and a bit under (not that .3 lbs means anything, up OR down)...
Doubt I'll be eating much today unless I start feeling better this afternoon...
Oh and yeah I'd have no idea what it was if it was food poisoning. I mean the bf and I played "Just Dance" for probably like 45mins-1 hour last night and got all sweaty (it's a decent workout), and after that I started feeling bad, and it never really went away...
