Went on my first run today. Well, I guess "jog", but I mean, I'm not "all-out sprinting" my first 5K, so I'm jogging it. It was tough, we ran 2.27 miles today. It was actually amazing that we ran so far, and we hardly walked at all during... I am feeling ravenous after a nap, had BBQ Baby Back Ribs for dinner, sooo delicious!

cant type well - so short story, huge brush fire in neighbors yard last night had to help put it out, was out of control... burned/scraped my hands very bad and elbow and knee. wont be able to workout for a while until i heal. luckily no stitches needed...sucks i am in bad pain right now...

Didn't follow that great this weekend. We did a lot of sledding/snowboarding on Saturday, and Super Bowl Sunday is technically the day I decided last year to start this thing, so I celebrated. Back on track today.

Omg so many things...
1) I ate way too much today already and I know I'll want some sort of snack. Forcing myself to eat celery/carrots/peppers later tonight and not sweets.
2) I went to weigh in on Monday and of course my TOM started. I was excited to see if being active all weekend hiking around had done anything for me, and then Monday/Tuesday I felt really crappy because of the TOM thingy, so I didn't workout.
3) I'm like 3 days behind on my workouts, and they're short but pretty tough, I don't know if I'm going to be able to do more than 1 per night, and with all the hiking on the weekends, I'm not usually working out then... but it's the middle of winter and I just don't want to get lazy.
I'm getting prepared to workout tonight right now. I will push it and complete my workout today and I will do one tomorrow and friday. I think Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be nice, so we're probably going to go hiking and then on Sunday, watch the Super Bowl of course.
It was last year, on Super Bowl Sunday that I decided to start this, and everything, so it's like my anniversary. I think I'll celebrate. It took me less than a year to hit my goals. Who says weight loss isn't fast? That's pretty fast... even though it's only 45lbs... it was tough and I'm proud.
